Helpful staff offered early check-in and bag storage.

I encountered several problems during my stay at the Adagio Bangkok Hotel. The air conditioning in the room barely functioned, leaving it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no soap provided in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

The location is a major plus, just steps away from the Phrom Phong BTS station and high-end shopping. However, the shower had significant issues, causing water to seep everywhere, and I found the sound insulation lacking. you could hear noise from the nearby street.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for 2 nights and it was really spacious with a comfy bed. The shower was perfect, and I loved having a smart TV and a microwave. Plus, it was super clean! The guy at reception had this cool 70s style that was just fun to see. No complaints about the room at all!
